The DONAR software system has several resources available to help you as you encounter questions or issues in your use of the software. We strongly encourage you to check one of the following resources to see if the answer to your question can be found in one of them.
DONAR Resources:
- Onscreen Help - nearly every screen in the DONAR software package contains a context-sensitive help button, which will bring up an on-screen description of the current form and its controls.
- User Guide - these files, which can be found in the DONAR folder on your desktop or start menu, contain extensive descriptions and explanations of the tasks which can be performed under DONAR.
- Frequently Asked Questions - our web page containing questions that commonly arise.
If you cannot find the answer to your question in one of the resources listed above, please feel free to use the form below to submit a question to our technical support staff. Please also use this form to report any crashes or error messages you may encounter during program use. Please be as complete as possible in your description of the issue or question.
